# Auth.md - Filac public information access

No sign-in, registration or API key is required to read Filac's public product information, published prices, page summaries and contact routes.

The [public API](https://filac.am/openapi.json), [MCP tools](https://filac.am/.well-known/mcp/server-card.json) and [A2A interface](https://filac.am/.well-known/agent-card.json) provide read-only information. They do not access customer accounts, private records or messages. There is no upload, enquiry submission, appointment booking, payment or checkout operation.

Use the [contact page](https://filac.am/en/contact/) to reach Filac. The website's WhatsApp flow prepares a message for the visitor to review and send. Filac confirms the visit time and arrangements in conversation.
